"Close to the destination I was wanting"

"The house surely has the best views in the town of Trinidad. It was impeccably clean, so relaxing and comfortable, that we really didn’t want to do much else besides take short walks so we could return “home” to hang out on the deck or in the charming living room. I’m already planning a return!"

"The property was perfect for our stay! It had everything we needed and was in walking distance to Trinad and the beach. It was fun to look out our windows and see the redwood trees and ferns. Communication before and during our trip with the owner was fantastic. We do recommend the Trinidad Head Trail overlooking the beach and the Eatery for dinner. We'd definitely stay here again if we get a chance to visit the redwood parks again!"

"House was clean, quiet, and as described on listing. Well stocked kitchen to be able to cook ourselves. We couldn’t get the hot water to work in master shower, and the pipes are reversed in the other bath. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood is pretty old and run down, but the location was nice to be able to access coastal hikes, Crescent City, and many of the Redwood hikes."

"Driveway in is a bit interesting. Nice oceanside cottage. There is no access directly to the ocean though. Several beaches very close by and central location for a lot of area attractions. Was a perfect home base for our family to explore the area. Bonus was watching the sea lions on the rocks out front- I recommend brining binoculars but once you spot them they are a lot of fun. There were several there for our entire visit. Loved the vaulted ceiling in the bedroom and balcony. Small hot tub...

"This cottage was well presented and a treat to enjoy. The views couldn't be beat. The location was close to all I wanted to be. The responsiveness of owner was attentive. The thoughtful details throughout the house was well noted. I'll be back!"

"What a beautiful home with a zillion dollar view. Everything was so clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of linens and the kitchen is well-stocked for cooking needs. The back yeard was immaculate and we enjoyed spending most of our time there. We appreciated the careful and timely communication with the property owner. We will absolutely stay here again."

"Wonderful property, my wife and I don’t travel as much as we’d like to, so when we do, we like to stay at nicer properties. We did some hiking each morning, we’d stop for lunch, head back to the property, soak in the hot tub and then make dinner in this awesome kitchen. Place was super clean and kept in top shape."

"We are not used to the twists and turns of hilly roads and wish we'd had a smaller vehicle than the huge one we had, but the place was worth it! We saw and heard birds from the beautiful deck that we'd never seen before! The house was spacious and clean, and had everything we needed except ice trays and a pizza cutter. Jennifer was even incredibly helpful in helping me find options when I needed a place to do laundry. I was grateful when the grass was cut because it grows fast and was taller...

"The home itself was great, came with all basic necessities needed, comfortable space and nice yard. The one downside was the bugs - a lot of cobwebs in the house, spiders and slugs. Overall good place to stay in a quiet area that is easy to find in the heavy fog. Easy access to Redwoods either direction too. "
