A wonderful beachside, dog-friendly getaway
It was a great place to stay - close to the beach and walks, very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a lovely getaway, especially with pups in tow!

Everything was at the home you needed and more. Would suggest perhaps instructions to the main TV would be handy as found it hard to work out how to get content from local news enjoyed the old programs and used the bedroom TV to get the news and sport.

Wonderful Orford Stay
We had such a Lovley time at the Luxury Beach house - it really lived up to its name. We moved the location and the house was perfect for the family, including our dog, with lots of table tennis and basketball games. We would love to go back again! Highly recommend.

Amazing home!!
This home is absolutely perfect!! Very stylish and super comfortable. Lovely outdoor entertainment area, short stroll to the beach and shopping/cafe precinct. Not often you find a beautiful home like this that is pet friendly. We most definitely will be rebooking !!!

Fabulous stay in Orford
Amazing. Really surprised by everything in the pantry- best we have ever stayed at. House was wonderful. My sister and brother-in -law were really impressed having stayed at lots of places around Australia and overseas. It was everything we could have wanted and location great. Our four legged friend loved it also. Would highly recommend to anyone

Perfect location
Only an hour from Hobart, this outstanding property is located in a quiet street. A short walk to a lovely beach, and two eateries in the opposite direction. Highly recommend.

Fabulous
We had a wonderful relaxing few days at this property in Orford. Great location in walking distance to shops and the beach. Owner easily contactable. Everything you needed and more. Indoor and outdoor games on offer. And pet friendly with secure yard so we could take our 2 miniature dachshund puppies with us. Will definitely recommending this home to other family and friends.

Amazing !
This is a gorgeous home which is even better than the photos depict. Situated in a lovely quiet culdesac and perfect walking distance from beach,shop,restaurants. Literally the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and everything you would need for a stay whether long or short. 100% recommend

Quiet Stay
Would if given a better review, however we was disappointed there was no milk, butter, shampoo, or conditioner. But we was very pleased we could bring our little Jack Russell on our stay. Nice quiet location.

Unfortunate that Lloyd thought that ready access to our substantial pantry also meant fresh food. For health reasons just not possible. There is a supermaket close by.

Perfect escape
We had such a lovely stay at John’s holiday home. It’s one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. Beautifully presented, airy and bright, and well equipped. John was a warm and welcoming host with lots of tips on the area. Great location with beautiful beaches, and easy access to Maria Island, Wineglass Bay and Hobart. Thanks John for a wonderful stay.

The property was amazing, clean, warm, so well stocked with everything you need. The owner was amazing with his friendliness and the local Hotels and Cafes had such great quality food. The fur babies were welcome and enjoyed their trips to the beach. Highly recommend this property.

All you could wish for and more!
This beautifully designed and wonderfully appointed property is in a perfect location for exploring Tasmania’s East Coast, yet only an hour from Hobart. The hosts have considered their guests’ every need. We were warm, more than comfortable and able to bring our treasured Spoodle, which was a bonus. Orford itself is in a stunning location with a beautiful beach readily accessible nearby. We couldn’t fault our stay and hope to return soon.

Fabulous house and great location
The house was fabulous and as described. The location was great, very close to the beach and walking tracks. The table tennis table was a real bonus as unfortunately we didn’t have great weather. The house was very comfortable and warm with great amenities, ie coffee machine. Highly recommended.

Amazing, the little extras made it even more so. Pizza oven, lemon trees, bonfire pit.
On booking I received a comprehensive check in details but didn’t get a response to my question about a later check out. Was a little confused about the bed layout at booking but was happy to see 3 beds and 2 futons as well as a luxe sofa throughout the house. Was an absolute pleasure staying here

Little weekend getaway
This property was amazing and had absolutely everything we needed. Great location too. Upon arrival i was unable to find hte access code to enter the property so had to contact the owner. Within a matter of minutes he had responded with access details. We could not fault this property and will be back
