"This was the perfect place to stay. Very charming and cute. Steve, the property manager, was awesome. Not only did he take the time to walk us through everything when we arrived but he also gave us restaurant recommendations where we could take our pups. Highly recommend. "
"Spent a week at the Arden Forest Inn going to OSF performances. There is a nice Guest kitchen easy to access that is kept stocked w Kcups and a large frig where you can store your own milk and breakfast items. Our private patio made our stay wonderfully cozy. Pool was clean and refreshing. Very nice bed. We’ll be back. "

"We did a last minute trip to Ashland to see a few plays this past weekend. Susan and Adam the owners were wonderful hosts and very friendly. We left early in the AM of our check out date and was going to miss the scheduled 9am breakfast. Susan and Adam had a to go plate of the pastry being served that morning along with some berries to take on our drive home. This was a very nice surprise. We plan to go back and stay with them again,. "
"I loved the sweet, local touches in regards to the in-room coffee and bedside chocolates. Our beds in room 3 were very comfortable, the decor was fantastic, and the retro kitchen appliances were fun & perfectly functional. Also, drinking my morning coffee on the beautiful patio was a delightful way to start my day! "

"This property is on Main Street and walkable to the historic Main St. Our room smelled like urine and I realized that I had booked a pet friendly room without knowing it. The front staff graciously upgraded us to a pet free room."

"If I were single I could live here. It's that comfortable. The freestanding apartment is ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Amazingly well designed and laid out. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again."
"I absolutely fell in love with this property it was so beautiful from the moment we drove up the hill to see this gorgeous house at the top. The yard and garden was a surprise. "This was our first time staying at Lithia Springs Resort, and other than trying to find the front desk to check in, our impression of the property was impressive. The grounds were beautiful, with a walking path. Our room was very nice and we couldn't hear our neighbors. They did offer breakfast but we chose to go into Ashland instead. Overall, we loved it and will definitely be back!
