"The property is absolutely darling and an amazing location with a million dollar view. The unit itself was not very clean. I wiped down surfaces to remove stuck on food and debris. I had to reclean dishes before we could use them. I saw in the welcome journal that others shared similar experiences. Beautiful place to stay though. "

"The condo was nice and clean and larger than expected. It has a great view and there is a nice sitting room with a large window and two recliners to sit on and enjoy the view. Communication with property manager was excellent and prompt. I would definitely stay here again."

"Very clean ,well equipped unit . We stayed during the week and there were only a few other people. We had troubles turning on the television in the living room , but we called property and they fixed it while we were gone. The bed has slats in the frame that were pushed out of place, but Barbara discovered the problem and fixed it. A couple of wood screws would permanently fix the problem. "

"We had a lovely time at What a Boat Bob? We love the flexibility of having a bed in the living room and one in the back bedroom. The kitchen space is great and the view can't be beat. We did try to use the DVD player and could not get it to work with the instructions listed in the unit. But there were other viewing options available. Overall, it was a great trip."

We were unable to use the hot tub, or the deck because it was covered in sand, drifting sand. Reminded me of snowdrifts, but only with sand.
