"There is a nice ocean view. There is no inside seating in the small room. There are a couple of chairs outside on a patio through a sliding glass door by a large above ground hot tub. The room was very small with a king bed that filled it and had a small television. There is a small connected private bathroom. The room had a bit of a musty smell from the carpet , and leaving the sliding glass door open was not an option because there was no screen. The room was downstairs. The entry area...

"This is a shared house. I hit it lucky and no one else came in, but I realize I could have ended up sharing the one bathroom with up to four other people.The bed is uncomfortable and sags badly. The TV doesn’t work and the overhead light flickers. The refrigerator and freezer and kitchen sink were downright dirty. The owner did give me a small refund on the cleaning fee which I have no evidence of as of now, but she said she did that. I would say my dog liked the yard which was completely...
