"This newly renovated second floor apartment was compact, bright, and cheerful - perfect for two of us. It was in a great location - about 15 minutes to the ocean, and minutes from all necessities. The quiet, friendly neighborhood was nice for walking and biking. A small outdoor pool, exercise room, and tennis, was available for an extra fee, if desired. "My husband and I were in Adventura for business and decided to extend our trip to include some downtime along the quiet shores of Hutchinson Island. After searching for hotels and finding the on-island options to be quite limited, we turned to VRBO. This is how we found Wayne's condo in Ocean Village. The condo was as advertised with the addition of a Keurig K-Duo coffee pot...nice option. Ocean Village offered a perfect, quiet location and the condo offered everything we needed for our stay....

"The location for this studio condo is way over the top. Gated entrance and private. Condo Unit is on the 2nd floor and balcony faces the ocean just steps away. We kept the sliding glass door open every night to hear the ocean waves. The one and only downside are the furnishings. Way too much furniture in the unit and some of it needs to be replaced. The bed however was very good. We would stay here again."

"We had a great time. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was there. Nicely decorated. The location was great for us . Just a short walk to the Island bar restaurant, the beach and close to the tennis courts and the golf course. Really looking forward to using it again next year!!"

"Everything about this condo was perfect for our vacation. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and like-new. We loved the pool and hot tub that are just outside the condo. We also loved the amazing views of the river from the condo and enjoyed watching pelicans and occasionally dolphins from the balcony. It’s about a 10-min walk to the beach through a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again."

"This is a real dream ! The place is perfect, clean,cozy and everything you need is there. The beach 2 min walk is so perfect and so is the pool for the kids ! The patio is really a must and there is always things to watch while having a good meal ( golfer, rabbit, birds etc!!!) The beds are especially confortable. Really an amazing place and the owner is really helpfull. Chairs and kids toys for the beach are available. We will return for sure !"

"Our family loves this beach house. We have stayed there now 6 times. We hadn't been for a few years and came back this year and felt like we'd returned home.
