"A solid choice if you like to stay in Kelowna. Clean hotel, friendly staff, issues immediately addressed. (Clogged bathtub) A/C somewhat on the noisy side, earplugs provided. A bottle of drinking water in the rooms would have been nice. Pool and gym very well looked after. Stayed many times and never had a complaint."

"People drinking in the pool area not paying attention to their kids climbing up the slide and throwing footballs around which hit my husband, also they were all sitting around the hot tub not even in the hot tub! Breakfast was okay but I burnt myself really badly on the waffle maker as the waffle got stuck and we had no utensils to get them out other then that great friendly staff and he try accommodating we will definitely be back"

"Mario and Erin are the best possible hosts. Kind, helpful, friendly and good breakfast chefs. The room was so need and the patio was super cozy. The house is very nekar to downtown and the beautiful lake. We would love to come back. "
