"This was the worst property I’ve ever seen!! The restaurant has been closed for three years, and a homeless person was camped in the entry, which was right next to the office front door. Anything that was originally landscaped, was weeds, the pool was empty and had trash and concrete in it, the fenced area around the pool was ankle high grass, some metal furniture, and debris, I’ve lived in third world countries, visited them and stayed in them, this property is right there.
