"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."

Since all the team families live over an hour away and the girls’ games were 7 hours apart, we needed a quiet, clean, place for the girls to all rest and have lunch in between games. "I would not stay at this property again. The house was advertised to sleep 12, but that’s not realistic. We had 10 people, and it only worked because several shared beds. The pull‑out couch had only a bottom sheet and there were no extra sheets or blankets anywhere in the house, so it wasn’t usable. None of the beds had top sheets, and I wasn’t confident the blankets were washed. We also found an acrylic nail in one of the beds.The house was only surface‑cleaned. Bathrooms were wiped down but...
