Meget fint sted lige i centrum af Riga. Gå afstand til alt. Let at finde. Intet personale på stedet. Men fine informationer på mails. Dog manglede vi service og toiletpapir. Kan bestemt anbefales.

I have to say from very beginning that place was not bad or situated wrong. It was ok. The big problem was a process of checking in. So iritating that I do not consider to stay there any more. I made online registration at home - it was a bit strange with taking foto of pass and myself and other info. When arriving in Riga some hours before getting there , I got an e.mail asking for deposit. Nothing bad in that, but process was very sophisticated and pissed me out. After bank formalities , I was asked to download a photo of inspection ( i had no posibility yet to enter it ! ), without it you cannot procede. Then some insurance offer for 9 EUR if damage is over 100 EUR ???Finaly I got to end , so get an e.mail with dore code and QR code to open doors. Some minutes later come e-mail again that I have to pay city tax 2 EUR and use a link to pay it by card. I do not like visiting many links and typing my card details in unnown places !!! When it was time to leave the place I got an e-mail again to make inspection fotos and download them. That was completely unnecessary and very iritating to use so much time on my phone and make small payments to some links. As I said in start - place was O:K: but sink was blocked - enough to cleen the teeth but not more and the big shower was not cleaned from kalk - it justsprayed water all around.So it was definitely not my best experience with accomodation.
