"We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was in the perfect location for us—close to downtown, Overton Square, and also close to Radians Amphitheater where we attended a music festival. It was central to all the things! The house is beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We communicated with the hosts with some questions, and they responded quickly and kindly. We loved EVERYTHING about this property. We are already talking about making another trip to Memphis and staying there...

"We came for a Memphis football game and this location was beyond perfect! We walked right across the street and in on the action. Great location for this visit! We will rent again! "

"The place was as advertised. It is a basic room off a larger house. Everything was clean but older house so a little worn. The outdoor space is rough-- but Memphis in August is too hot to really enjoy outside.Location is close to everything and if you are just in town to see the sights this is a convenient place. Bar/local chain restaurant a couple blocks away. The only thing that was odd was the choice of chairs but a Target folding chair sorted that out. "
