"We had a great experience with our first visit to Maine. We traveled with a group of 8 and this home was ideal for us. It’s a great location with close proximity to Portland and Kennebunkport which was ideal for our Christmas plans. The home had everything we needed and the check in instructions were very clear. The host was very communicative throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We are looking forward to another trip come summertime. "

Each room was very nicely decorated comfy very spacious ,felt like I was home. Parking was very accommodating , the scenery on top deck was amazing . I would love to come back for more years to come to make it a tradition. The owner was amazing , patient and very kind ."

"The property is easy to find, everything clearly marked. The house was spotless. We hosted our family for Thanksgiving and the house had a wide variety of cooking utensils, pots and pans, serving dishes. Our host provided additional/new dinnerware service for our group.The best part is the walk to the beach, which is indeed steps away. The beach area is off season, but we easily found a fantastic place for pizza AND for breakfast one morning. "

"Absolutely fantastic stay! The house is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities to stay in. However with such a great location to all that Portland has to offer taking a quick walk to whatever strikes your fancy is highly recommended. The bakery on the corner has great coffee and baked goods. We didn’t need much from Doug but when I messaged him he was very responsive and accommodating. The beds are extremely comfortably.
