Check in has to be EXACTLY at the 4pm time as that is only when the code is given. We were traveling & not sure how long it would take & we arrived a little over 2 hours early. When calling, they were very nice & told us we can call to try to get early check-in no earlier than 2pm. They DID NOT tell us that it would cost 78.50 to get in 2 hours early! The area was very crowded & no place to park except at 20 pay lots. Anxious to get in & unload & get to the beach, we paid it. Then we got the code at EXACTLY 2 pm. At the unit there is one VERY TIGHT, space for each unit.The unit was clean, very nice "beachy" decor, close walk to the beautiful beach, very well stocked kitchen & included a bag with needed items including laundry pods - THERE IS NO WASHER OR DRYER IN THE UNIT AS WAS ADVERTISED! Neighbors in the unit next door had to pass through our patio to go down the stairs each time they left & we asked them, & they said theirs had a washer/dryer combo!There were just two small rolls of toilet paper for our 5 days stay. It was stocked with nice sheets, pillows, towels & soap etc. Shower needs caulking, due to black mold.

Cute place right by the beaxh

Stayed here in June ‘25 with my wife and son and this place was great for the three of us. Location next to the beach is great and close enough you can walk to the pier by the beach or through town. Place was very clean, staff very helpful, perfect little sized kitchen to make some quick small meals if you’d like. Would stay again.

Excellent little get-away

Smaller than i expected - however, it was perfect for me and two children (7 and 9). The location was perfect as we spent a significant amount time at the beach. The only thing I'd note is trying to figure out what to do with the trash was not clear.

Sweet Little Place

Have never rented from Baleys before. They were just awesome. I had questions before we arrived, they were great on the phone, via text. We want to come again and stay in a bigger property under Baleys. Wonderful weekend get away!

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I found this property and loved the location and quick access to the beach. They have almost everything you need. Bring coffee for the Keurig. Super cute and perfect for any couple.

Nice, quiet location a few short steps to the beach

Plenty of everything for the 5 nights my wife, son and I visited. From towels to dishes to sunshine, we thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at with BVR. We were short on towels, dishes our first visit, but we had everything we needed this time. See you next summer!

Clean and quick

This condo was perfect for our family of 3. Any more and it may be a bit tight, but it was very clean, and the AC was wonderful and needed! When they say 1 min walk to the beach, that is the truth. Everything was as described. My only comment was that the automatic porch light that came on at night was so bright, it light up the living room and was hard to sleep, even with the blinds closed. Some darkening curtains or shade would help. Other than that, we would definitely rent again. Such a wonderful place!

Nous étions 3 adultes. Nous avons beaucoup apprecié notre séjour. Tout était comme dans la description. Vraiment très près de la plage. La douche aurait besoin d'être renovée. Quelques petits manques au niveau du ménage (couvre matelas, coté du frigo et dessus de la cuisinière) mais rien pour m'empêcher d'y revenir! C'est un coin super tranquille. J'ai aimé l'accompagnement reçu et toutes les infos puisque c'était ma 1re visite à OOB. Merci pour tout!

The room we booked was amazing and right next to the beach! Just a few minute walk to grab something to eat and to The Pier! We had excellent contact with the the owners the whole time!

Lacking essentials.

The space in the bedroom is very tight, getting in and out of bed, particularly in the middle of the night is challenging. The kitchen is spacious, and reasonably well supplied with dishes, pans, etc. there are several ways the stay could be improved. Firstly, a beach house without beach towels-or any other “extra towels”-is an absurdity. Second, It can get cool at night at the coast, and extra blankets should be available., and while there are extra pillows, there are no pillowcases. Thirdly, the AC unit does not cool the bedroom unless the remainder of the unit is very cold. Also, there should be a bath mat to step out of the shower onto, otherwise the floor gets wet and slippery. On the positive side, the location is excellent, 40 feet from the sand and a short walk to the pier. The property manager was helpful, friendly and efficient.

Birthday weekend

The picture is deceiving it appears to be on the beach, it is behind another building, however there was a small view of the ocean and only a very short walk to the beach. It was clean, except for under the couch and coffee table. It was a nice quiet area within walking distance to everything. There was plenty of room for four of us and it was equipped with everything we needed for supplies. Reading another review, it was suggested we bring mattress toppers for the bed and the couch, we are thankful we did.

Beach access was second to none!

Unit was adorable, very clean and stocked with all we needed. Just very tight for 4 adults and a teen. The twin pull out chair bed was extremely uncomfortable, both to sit and sleep. I wouldn’t recommend having 5 people for that reason. When we realized something we didn’t have, the management company was quick to react to meet our needs. The deck area was shabby and could certainly use a refresh. Parking two vehicles was a problem and we had to park one on the next street over, which we were lucky to get. All in all, after situating all that, we were able to enjoy our week!

Great location

We wanted to be close to the pier and beach but not to close to the pier due to noise and traffic. This location was perfect. You walk across the parking lot and your feet are in the sand. This unit is upstairs. We had 3 adults, an 8 year old, and a 18 month old. The baby slept in a packnplay. My husband and I slept on the queen mattress (old rusty and hard as a rock, the mattress needs to be replaced asap, we had to go to walmart and spend $140 on a topper because that is all they had in stock for a queen), my friend and her daughter slept on the pull out couch. (4 inch foam mattress suitable for kids, not comfortable for adults). There was also a pull out chair/bed (not even comfortable for a child). The unit was clean and has everything you would need to eat in such as pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware(we bought plastic forks because 1/2 the ones in the unit are rusty), cups, cooking utensils. The coffee pot uses pods. We all were given 1 towel and washcloth for a 4 night stay. I would suggest asking for more (I just did a load of laundry at a nice laundromat a block away). It was nice to have contactless check in and out. You get a key code for the door. We loved the location, quiet but on the beach and a .5 mile walk to the boardwalk. We would stay again but all bring toppers for the queen bed and pull out couch.

Perfect location

This was the perfect place for us. It was just a few steps to the beach and close enough to all the beach front attractions for us to walk! It was very clean and a super easy process for checking. Great vacation!
