As your local hosts, we live in the separate house at the end of the shared driveway and are always available if you need local recommendations or assistance. A custom local guidebook will be waiting for you at check-in, highlighting the best lobster shacks, ice cream shops, and hidden gems.

A Few Simple House Rules:
Quiet Hours: In accordance with the local noise policy, quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure peaceful nights for everyone in the neighborhood.

Gatherings: We strictly encourage family dinners, happy hours, and friendly gatherings, but no large parties, ragers, or unauthorized events are tolerated.

Pets & Smoking: No pets are permitted inside to maintain an allergy-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and please smoke away from any door or window.
