"It was a pleasure staying at the Residence Inn Dallas Downtown. Their entrance might be a bit. Confusing because it’s right next to two other properties but other than that the experience was spectacular. I requested two beds and got them. Rooms were clean when I got in. It’s quiet even though the property is downtown. I never got the chance to walk outside at night but during day time walking to the DART felt pretty safe. Breakfast was great. They do have limited number of laundry machines but...

"Do not recommend! Worn out hotel - super unfrindlly receptionist. Booked a room for 5 adults, as we were travelling with our adult children. However only 2 beds in the room, eventhough the roomdesription said 5 and i also wrote to them to make sure! We arrived late at night, expected everything to be Ok, and just needed a place to sleep after a long journey. The receptionist said we could just find another hotel( booked 10 days in advance) we arrived at 10 in the evening, so not possible to...

"Hotellet er i ok stand - også selvom det tydeligvis ikke bliver vedligeholdt. Det kan ses på alle de lamper som er gået i stykker rundt omkring. Morgenmad på amerikanske hoteller i den her klasse er oftest en fattig oplevelse af dårlig mad og plastik bestik. her var maden ok - bestikket var dog desværre stadig plastik. Udemærket køkken og bad - samt seng. Dårligt område - mange hjemløse udenfor og ambulancer til sygehuset. fin afstand til meget mad. "

"Due to the fact that I'm confined to a wheelchair, I didn't like the fact that the beds were too high for me to safely get in and out. However, the staff accommodated me with a rollaway that served the purpose. Same thing with the toilet, to high. Also the shower seat was too far away for me to reach the shower head.
