"This is a fantastic place! The staff is friendly, the room was lovely, big and quiet. The Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina is located at the end of a wharf and we had a fantastic view of the marina from our room. From the Captain's lounge downstairs you had a panoramic view of the harbor. It is walking distance to a lot of the places of interest in Boston.
I highly recommend this hotel, both for the location, the room and the staff. If I could give 6 stars I would."

"Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! "

"The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel with everything a person needs in a city! The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, the staff is great and the food amazing. What more could you want. Oh...there is a car to drive you to dinner or somewhere in the city if you need a ride!"
"I like that you are in the heart of Boston. Right next to Berklee, the shops, restaurants. Check out Tatte if you get the chance. What I didn’t like was you can hear other people in the shared bathroom. We had room 23, we had a private bathroom but the shared bathroom was right next to us and we could hear the water running. I’m a light sleeper so that woke me up. The beds are firm but still comfortable enough to sleep. I would come here again. "

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern!
The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch.
Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.
Will never consider choosing another.

"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
Gym is small but functional 👍
