"This is a fantastic place! The staff is friendly, the room was lovely, big and quiet. The Boston Yacht Haven Inn & Marina is located at the end of a wharf and we had a fantastic view of the marina from our room. From the Captain's lounge downstairs you had a panoramic view of the harbor. It is walking distance to a lot of the places of interest in Boston.
I highly recommend this hotel, both for the location, the room and the staff. If I could give 6 stars I would."

Housekeeping staff were terrific- friendly and helpful. Everything immaculate.
Only the shower tile floor shows wear.
Enjoyed the harbor area- good dining options, walked to the port (a little long with luggage but doable)—-we were cruising so hotel is well situated for the port and airport.
Boston traffic is pretty bad, so Ubers to the Back Bay or Cambridge take a while! Pick your hotel close to where you...

"Best hotel in Boston without question! The staff are exceptional, very friendly and attentive. The masseuses at the spa, especially (I believe her name was) Paula are very skilled and helpful with sore muscles and joints after traveling. La Padrona, Amar, and The Long Bar all have delicious food. I will definitely be back! "

"This is my second stay with them and the rooms are always clean, to access your floor you always need to use your room key and I find that extremely safe and comforting! Staff always has a smile on their face whether you’re checking in early or closer to midnight and are willing to help with your luggage too! The Valet parking service is top tier! "I am completely impressed with the comfort of this hotel. The room was roomy and everything you need was there except for tea bags in the room. (There was different coffees) The complementary hot drinks in the morning did not have any tea either.
Too bad when you are not a coffee drinker.
First time I ever experienced that no tea was offered in a hotel.
But I bought my own teabags and the problem was solved.
Location is amazing. You can walk to everything worth seeing.
The service is top.
I can’t wait to return to this hotel.

"Very friendly staff, helpful will all my requests. Room was really small (and I got a corner room!), fancy beds that lift up to create a bit more space but fill up the entire room when fully horizontal. There’s no tea kettle (or space for) and the fridge you can get is a tiny makeup fridge.
