Hi, with great regret I have to respond to your review. Unfortunately the experience with you has been negative also for us. Our structure, which is not a hotel with a reception but a very welcoming guest house, provides for the possibility of self check-in when we are not present as you can access the rooms via a code that we provide only and exclusively to customers upon arrival and which we change periodically. We contacted you on the phone to ask your arrival time and you never answered us, which is why when you arrived you didn't find anyone to welcome you. In order not to make you wait outside for our arrival, we have provided you by phone the codes to access in your room, informing you that we would arrive within 40 minutes. In the meantime you asked us for towels (which were already present in the room but perhaps you hadn't seen) and we had brought them to you immediately by the cleaning lady who doesn't speak English, she just had to give you the towels. She told us that you were very surly. When we arrived we wrote a message to meet you and you didn't answer, we knocked on the door of your room and you didn't open it, we kept calling you on the phone and you completely ignored us, you didn't give us the chance to finish the check- in giving us your documents and paying the tourist tax and to reassure you about the tranquility and safety of the structure. If you had given us a minimum of importance since you were at our house we would have explained to you that no one can open the doors from outside and only we of the staff know the codes, you could have slept peacefully without having to bar the door with your suitcase and the chair. The next morning, not knowing if you were still in the room and you hadn't been in touch for check-out, we tried to call you again but even in this case you never answered. You suddenly wrote to us after a few hours saying only that the situation was unacceptable. We felt cheated by you, you already know the answer we gave you. Greetings
