"The owner didn’t let us know when the garbage went out so come over to empty the can. I appreciated that but then let himself in to “ turn out the light “. The was a bat flying around in the basement with guano all over the floor. Parking was horrible with narrow streets and cars everywhere. We moved to a different property that was much better She offered to us. I don’t like to complain but it was ridiculous. I believe the owners or manager came in the property at least a couple of times while...

"The property is nice overall, very clean, easy check-in, loved the location - but it was not our most comfortable stay. For example: There were not any trash cans in the upstairs guest bedrooms or bathroom, so any trash has to be brought down to a trash can. The master shower upstairs couldn’t get any hot water to it - other showers were backwards with the hot/cold flipped, but this one just didn’t have any hot water available. It said there was a fenced backyard, but this yard is not fenced -...

"We had a awesome stay. "

"Great place to stay! Safe, quiet neighborhood. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thought into every detail."

"I would definitely rent this again! It was just perfect in every way. The layout was perfect. The pool table, theater room, dart board provided entertainment in our downtime. Large table to accommodate everyone. Huge beautiful kitchen. Fenced yard for pets. And the icing on the cake…the hosts! Super friendly and always quick if not immediate responses. Not to mention close to everything! "

"Cute house in nice quiet neighborhood! Our packages and deliveries got there and were undisturbed. We enjoyed staying there. Lots of space for everyone. The property could use a deep cleaning. Also water for the shower kept getting cold and we would have to keep turning it off then on again multiple times to get more hot water. So for one shower you may have to repeat the off/on step 6 or 7 times. The soap dispenser kept falling off the shower so we just put it on the shower floor since...

"First time in a barndominium and it was very nice. Comfortable beds, nice shower and very quiet area."

"The property is meticulous. The beds are incredibly comfortable. Well appointed kitchen with very nice amenities. The shower is amazing with excellent water pressure and big fluffy towels. Water front is lovely. It is much nicer than the listed pictures on VRBO. We commuted back and forth to Lawrence each day and it is a beautiful drive, within about 1/2 hour. Resulted in a quiet retreat instead of plain motel. Next time I would pack golf clubs as there is a nice course within a few blocks. I...

"We had a wonderful experience. It was a great size for our family."

"Everything was great!"

"very large home to accommodate large groups ..... large family room and dining room.....kitchen adequate....location nice, quiet neighborhood........some of the issues were: SMELL....had to go get air spray, it is very strong.....no grill drain catcher (some people just let grease fall onto the deck).....fridge not very cold"
