"The Villa itself was spacious and decent. All the basic amenities and the green space out front was nice. However, there was a lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom, which is odd given the fact many people come to Okinawa for the beach. "Right from check-in, the service was impeccable. We were welcomed with fresh juices for the whole family and driven to the villa in a buggy. With breakfast provided, and a meal allowance, we were well fed throughout. Breakfast alone included bread basket, smoothies, appetiser plate, main, soup and a fruit combo. "It's a good property with lots of features and very suitable for larger groups. Some areas of improvements which I think are necessary. There is a cctv camera located by the main entry, which is also visible from the shower entry, main bathroom area and access to toilet, I was not comfortable with this. Secondly, the shower stall had a copper stain on the shower floor, I suspect this is from the rust on the shower door. The shower also didn't have any hot water. Lastly, the wifi pw provided is...

"Very nice place but it’s abit too quiet and have to travel all the way in via a small road. Not doable without a car. The pool is ok during the day time but the lights attract bugs at night"

"宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。 「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。 宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。 また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。 緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。 宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。"

"This is a lovely villa, spotlessly clean, well equipped with sea views. Beds are very comfortable, showers hot and strong but the bedroom thing is an unusual set up. You enter into a hall which has a toilet and bathroom with washing machine and tumble dryer. You then step into a bedroom with 2 double beds and a spiral staircase off this 1st bedroom is another room with 2 doubles beds. This is the only bedroom which is private.
