"The accommodations, the hosts Kirk & Sara, the welcome basket and the friendliness was absolutely amazing! However, we came down for car shows and we had a 24 ft trailer with us, it was not easy as it’s very steep with hairpin corners to get into the property. This is not a mark against the hosts just a caution to anyone bringing a trailer. Drive to the top of the mountain turn around then drive in slowly to the property so you don’t bottom out. "We spent 4 very enjoyable days staying at the Chalet at Swan Lake. Our group ranged from a two year old, through to early 80 year old grandparents. A total of 10 people.The Chalet is big with plenty of space for all the family, bedrooms were large and comfortable. My only comment is that there is really only one bathroom to share for guests in 4 of the rooms, and a bathroom within the largest upstairs bedroom.This wasn't a big deal for us as we shared the upstairs bathroom with our children,...

"This is a lovely location, but you need a 4WD truck to access in the winter. To be fair, they say that in the description. The other thing is that they will want your DL and credit card again, by the third party who manage the unit, so beware on that. The communication was good."

"We were very disappointed with this property from the moment we got there. The photos on line show beautiful flower baskets around the property. They are all dead and filled with actual garbage. The yard has garbage lying around. Broken hot tub, broken shed and doors, not kept up. The railing outside is loose, garbage under the stairs. We found a dirty diaper in our room, used Kleenex behind our bed, stained towels throughout the home. No screens on the windows so you can’t open them without...

"Had a great stay at this location. Hosts were amazing, answered quickly to all questions and place was very clean. Listing is accurate to what you get, bunk beds don’t have a door but the other two rooms are great.Ski in and out was a little challenging with young kids but overall for intermediate skiers it’s and easy ride in and out."
