"Beautiful home with an exceptional view. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the views from the back decks, especially the upstairs bathroom. Suggestion to arrive before dark is important. A little confusing, because the home address is an even # located on the same side of the road as an odd # address. Once we located the home, all was very easy and the notebook in the home was very helpful. A great stay in a beautiful place. "

"This is my second time staying at this Cabin . It’s the perfect location! It’s right down the street from the lake and a very short walking distance to all the shops. The cabin is very cozy and rustic.. Excellent communication from the owner made for an easy check-in. "

"Great mountain home for families or friends. Plenty of rooms, even a fun playroom/bedroom for the tykes. Downstairs has pool table and darts and big TV. Upstairs with main floor, kitchen, dining, living and fireplace (lots of firewood available). Just a couple of hours north of LA, very convenient. Short walk to small community town for dining and small grocery. Lots of hiking nearby - we suggest hikes #6 and #1 on the property’s hiking map (on the coffee table). Appliances are new and modern....

"This was an amazing little slice of heaven for us to get away from the busy city life. We will definitely be returning asap to enjoy this beautiful escape. The cabin was amazing and the owner/ manager/ contact (I’m not 100% sure what she was lol) was very accommodating and helpful."

"We were there for our daughter's wedding weekend, she chose this house for her bridal party to get ready in. The house was wonderful, with amazing views and everything we needed for our stay. The host was responsive and we had no problems. Would definitely stay there again!"

"Not often do you rent a house that is even better than the pictures. This property had it all. A cozy foyer upon entry, a theater room with a Murphy bed and sleeper sofa, beautiful kitchen, awesome fireplace and three other bedrooms! All appliances and and amenities are first rate and high quality!! Heater worked great, and Kept us warm! Overall very pleased with our stay! Our family had a great Thanksgiving holiday! We would definitely stay again!"

"This cabin was so comfortable with gorgeous views and a great patio! We fit 13 people pretty comfortably throughout the house and there was enough space for us to all hang out together in the living room and kitchen. The house had basic cooking supplies but we did bring seasonings and paper supplies (including TP and paper towels) as expected! The downstairs did have a bit of a musty smell but overall it wasn’t unbearable. The trash depositing site is also very close to the house which is nice!...

James was very quick in responding and flexible when the weather forecast prompted us to move-up the dates of our stay by a day, which was greatly appreciated. "The cabin was everything we where expecting BUT it was 25 degrees and there was NO propane for hot water or heat. We had to take the BBQ tank down to the gas station everyday to get propane. But again we loved the charm of the place. We would stay there again."

"Beautiful home, very comfortable. The sunset views are amazing this time of year. We will definitely stay here again. There is plenty to do and so much to see in the Village and the forest. Lori was very helpful as a host and ensured all our needs were met. There was an unfortunate scheduling challenge due to some local roadwork that was changed last minute. Lori went above and beyond to ensure we were provided all necessary details and assisted us with access challenges during the work....
