"Excellent"

"Spacious room, good queensize beds, adequate breakfast, but: No wifi on one of out devices, reception unable to help. No change of towels or cleaning during the entire stay, despite fact stated in bathroom that e.g. change of towels every second day."

"The hallway and elevators smelled bad. Poorly lit. The floors on the 3rd floor was cracking and making sounds. We stayed from Thursday to Monday and no one cleaned our room or got us clean towels. We really really had a bad experience it was extremely frustrating I did not get my money’s worth. I would not recommend this hotel to no one"

"The curtain was broken and laying in the floor. I was offered a new room but I fixed it myself. The water pressure in the shower was terrible. The shower head was old and stopped up. At 200 dollars a night I expected more."

"The bed was fine. Towels were stained. The curtains were covered with incredibly gross looking stains. I'm glad I wasn't murdered here, because with all of the dna left behind by other people, they'd never be able to figure out which one was the murder. This is not at all what I signed up for- and when I saw the drive up window I should have left. I had already prepaid"

"Pool is all broke and not open. Breakfast is coffee and bagged things you have to ask the staff for. Junk laying all around the property. Needs a big big update. Best thing I can say is Staff was amazing an there were no bugs."

"Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything."

"In 35 years of hotel stays I have never experienced the brutal incompetence or downright abuse I was subjected to at this hotel. After a 9 hour drive I parked at the hotel and walked, with limited time, to the burger restaurant nearby. I walked back to check in and sleep ahead of the 6 hour drive next day. "We're full"- teenage slob behind the desk. Congratulations. I have a reservation. "we dont have any rooms" BUT I RESERVED A ROOM. DO YOU HAVE MY R E S E R V A T I O N? "...

"clean room, staff was helpful kind and all smiles , breakfast was normal no thrills but ok parking was ample over all im not mad about it would stay again"
