"A well appointed convenient and comfortable loft with fantastic views. Very pleasant and quiet in the late afternoon and evening. We were dismayed at the level of evasive noise including music and clearly audible conversation from the cafe below beginning around 7.20am until the end of the day. Jos did address the loud music in the early hours but still a lot of noise coming from below. Descent sound installation would help. If you are not bothered by noise then a great place to stay"

"When choosing this beautiful location we were originally looking at staying in Opotiki (15 kms south) but decided this was a far better option based on the ammenities and views offered. The price was also less than staying in your standard motel in town. Our host was there to meet us and made us feel most welcome explaining the options and set up. He recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner ( The Royal) and we weren’t disappointed at all. The surrounding area is rich with native birds...

"Place was exceptional. Not sure about what happens with the service. Do we wash the towels ourselves and make the bed. We went away to golf for the day and the towels had not been replaced and the bed was not made. Our dishes were still on the bench so I cleaned it all up myself. Looked through your listing"
