"Housekeeping slammed doors starting at 8 am , room very noise with outside traffic motorcycles loud, hard to sleep, pool area has roaches, room had dirty wash clothes from previous guest, the box of tissue almost empty and was not replace on the second day. Bed was comfortable however the outside noise made it difficult to sleep."

"Customer service was helpful, the downfalls, we were on the 2nd floor, exiting the elevator, the carpets are filthy, were not vacuumed, the room was clean, the shower curtain was way too short, while showering the floor was getting wet. no shelfs or a place to put soap or items in the shower, water pressure was very low. Breakfast was ok- no butter for toast, coffee was cold. eggs and sausage were good. = I lost my earring and I reported it to the front desk and it was found and...
