"We loved the cottage with surrounding trees. The weather was lovely, so we could leave doors open to feel natural cool breezes! Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Host answered questions about the surrounding area. One thing I noticed is that the front screen door needs some repair work. Also, it is difficult to turn cold water tap off in shower. Overall, we give the cottage a A rating. We’d like to stay there again! "

"As a family that comes yearly to Ocracoke, we loved our stay at Enoch's Hideaway. It has become our favorite place on the island. Everything is as stated and more. Check the living room closet for a card table and chairs. It was a perfect place for our vacation puzzle! Met the owner on our final day and he was already thinking about the maintenance for the off season. Pride of ownership shines with this home. Absolutely love and can't wait for next year! "
