Guests have full access to their private ground level 3 bedroom ocean view townhome and their assigned parking space out back, as well as the courtyard and don't forget guests are just steps away from full ocean access.

Authentic beach town neighborhood with a tangible laid-back vibe. This ocean view property is just steps from the gorgeous oceanside beach where you can sit on the rocks and take in the sunrise, sunsets, or do a little swimming or surfing. A short walk away (0.8 mile) is Tyson beach park- perfect for picnics with a playground & bathrooms. Stairs are provided for park and beach access. Also walking distance (1.3 mile) is Oceanside's historic longest over-water wooden pier where you can do cast off the pier fishing (if 16 yr+ make sure you grab your fishing license!), charter a boat for some whale watching, or dine at the restaurants and do some shopping. If it's Thursday night- you won't want to miss out on the Oceanside's Sunset market!! San Diego's top weekly food and music street fair is just 1 mile from our property! Every Thursday from 5-9pm up to 200 merchants span 4 city blocks located on pier view way west of Coast Highway.

In the rare event of any issues with the spa or the fire pit amenity, guests are eligible for a refund of the $50 resort fee.
*We use scented detergents and cleaners in our property, so it is not the best fit for individuals with sensitivities or allergies to fragrances.
*We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the refund process as smooth as possible for you. If you're eligible for a full refund under our cancellation policy, we'll be happy to issue it accordingly. Nice stay with family. This place is very clean and comfy, situated on a quiet corner near the ocean. We walked to many restaurants; enjoyed the deck and fire pit also.

We came to Oceanside because our son was doing the half Ironman triathlon and I wanted something close to the race. This house is the absolute best! It’s across the street from the ocean with a beautiful oceanview. The patio allowed us to watch the running part of the race. In addition, the house is remodeled, updated, clean, organized and well thought out with all the small details that are often overlooked. King beds in each room are rare. The bathrooms were gorgeous. I highly recommend this house and plan on coming back next year for another fabulous stay for the race!

We all enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were lovely, the ocean view was impressive and the property was well-supplied, with so many unexpected and thoughtful amenities! We loved the hot tub, the fire pit and the sunsets. Would definitely stay there again.

Came for a funeral service for a family member and our stay was really relaxing. We were honestly at peace there. The outdoor seating was calming and made our heavy hearts full of love.

This property was wonderful. The rental was beautiful and the amenities were great. View of the ocean! Easy walk to the pier and lots of restaurants close by. Will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Ocean Breeze! There were six adults (myself, husband, son, daughter and their significant others) my sweet grandbaby and a beagle! The location was perfect. So many things in walking distance, but far enough away from the pier activity. We pretty much just walked wherever we needed to go. Loved the view from our living room and kitchen area, biggest selling point for me. The pictures are very accurate and you can see what you will be getting. They have so many upscale extras that we enjoyed! The Nespresso machine was amazing, and now I need one, lol. Kitchen has all kinds of extras, including an airfryer, blender, cocktail necessities and a fancy wine opener. If you need specifics for making meals, just shoot a message to Janine and Richard and they will get right back to you to let you know if they have it; so you don't have to pack more than you need! I have never stayed at a short term rental with faster response time! Oh, also, very upscale technology type stuff. I am sure the specifics are in their listing. The only thing I didn't like about this property is that I had to leave it! Can't wait to go back!!
