Welcome to the Silver Surf Gardens. Previously marketed as Premier Hosted: Beach Haven. This 5 star reviewed condo is air-conditioned and newly remodeled with a three-bedroom two-bathroom floor plan, conveniently located blocks to the beach and the longest pier in Southern California. This condo was recently updated with all new lighting, TV's, and fresh paint. Guests love the walkability of the condo which has a 90+ "Walk Score" ! A great place to go back to after a day out walking, riding, running, surfing, or just hanging at the beach. The condo is walking distance to numerous restaurants, brewpubs, every Thursday farmer's market and evening Sunset Market, Regal movie theater, and small live theaters.

Surrounding street parking is free, however, guests are advised to pay attention to street signage. Some streets do not allow parking on certain days and times so the streets may be cleaned. The house was perfect. Just a few minutes walk to the beach and also the major downtown restaurants. The extra amenities were exceptional… beach equipment, kitchen equipment and lots of options for families. Would definitely book this again.

The place was amazing and clean and wonderful. The beds were so cozy. Everything we needed was there. The host was extremely communicative and easy to get a hold of. The location was close to downtown and everything was walkable. I cannot recommend this place enough. Wow. So much better than staying in a hotel. A home away from home experience with the California charm and feel.

Beautiful condo, with plenty of room for my family of 4. Excellent location, close to the beach and downtown. And the Sunset Market on Thursday night was awesome!! Owners were very responsive, and easy to work with when our flight was delayed.

The house was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. It was equipped with beach gear and towels, and was in walking distance to restaurants, the beach and the pier. It was a quick drive to Legoland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

Check-in was simple, the condo had everything we needed, including a high chair, pack and play, beach towels, beach chairs, a wagon... Literally everything we could need! We loved the area too. Super close to the beach and easy to get to Legoland, Disneyland, and the San Diego zoo. Will definitely stay there again!

Clean and Spacious!

The condo was perfect for our group of 3 adults and 3 kids. Clean, spacious, and well appointed with two types of coffee makers, an air fryer, and everything needed for a day at the beach. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go, and appreciated the close proximity to the Thursday Night Market.

Sisters weekend in Oceanside

This home is beautifully maintained and ready for a group to enjoy whike in Oceanside. We planned our trip this year so that we could meet our new great niece as well as explore a new city together. The beachy condo worked well for our leisure morning of coffee, pastries and our playing with niece. It is centrally located for lots of walking to shops, restaurants and the beautiful beach. We enjoyed a walking food tour, a paint and sip at a local brewery and several walks along the shoreline and pier. The condo was the perfect place to start and end our days in Oceanside. Host is great with communication and instructions. Really appreciate knowing she is available if we need her, but not intrusive at all. Thanks for the Beachy Condo!!

I liked that it was a very clean, nicely furnished condo and it was about 8 minutes walking distance to the Oceanside pier. I didn’t like that the building didn’t have an elevator. We had an elderly person with us and it was quite a challenge to get him up or down the stairs. When I booked thru Expedia, that wasn’t in the description of the property. Also in the pictures on Expedia, you see what it seems like a private balcony with outdoor furniture to use looking out to the street, but it wasn’t a private balcony, it was a common terrace with other neighbors. We didn’t have the privacy to go out and enjoy coffee sitting outside. Having a balcony looking out and having some view was important for me especially important for my elderly dad to go out and enjoy some view. When we checked in to the condo, the communication with the owner was good, she even accommodated early and late checki in. However there was no way to connect with the owner before checking in, before even booking. I would have loved to ask the questions whether building has an elevator or not, balcony or not and didn’t have the option to do so.

Best short term rental ever!!!

The house was fantastic for our family. The house was exactly as the listing stated. The beds were comfortable. It felt like being home, but 2000 miles away. Marina was very personable and the decorations around the house were fun. There were movies, books and games for the kids. There was plenty of beach equipment and 2 wagons to pull. The beach is nearby, 5 minute walk. The area was quiet, not too close to the train. The directions were correct, but just note the gate is on the side and the key box is hidden behind the bushes. The parking was workable and the area was perfect for both LA and SD activities. Oceanside had plenty of things to do, as well! 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this place above everything else we found in the area.

Weekend Family trip

This home was a perfect spot for a family getaway. We never moved our car and walked every morning to beach and coffee. Plenty of space and kitchen was well stocked. The beach chairs and supplies were in great condition and made for fun beach afternoons. We will stay here again. If you are bringing family who have difficulty with stairs this condo is on second floor.

We love this home!

We stayed in this beautiful home that was only a few blocks from the beach. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Many “extras” were provided from coffee to beach things to games. We would stay here again if we are in the Oceanside area again.

Loved the location - a couple blocks from the beach and the downtown area. Clean and well stocked condo, and Marina was communicative and responsive. there is a unit upstairs, and you can hear them sometimes. fun beach town.

Wedding in area

A great stay and one of the best VRBO that I've stayed at. From the onset Mariana was on top of all communication and check in was a breeze. The unit is in a great location, walking distance to morning coffee, restaurants, shops, entertainment and the beach. In addition only 2 miles away from freeway. 3 bdrm / 2 ba was comfortable for 3 adults and fully provisioned with all amenities. The beach accessories - chairs/boogie boards came in handy for our family beach day. If looking for spending some time in Oceanside or the greater San Diego are I would highly recommend this as one of your choices. If ever again in the area I would certainly look to re-book.

Everything we needed

Clean and comfortable! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed including coffee which was a nice surprise. Took me a day to find the pots and pans as the handles clip on and off so mistook them for bowls! Loved all the beach supplies and wagon to take it all down. Pretty short walk to a fantastic beach. Only extreme hunger brought my kids out of the water! Haha. The neighbors above us were loud early the first morning but as soon as I mentioned it to Marina it was quickly dealt with and we didn’t have any further issues. Would definitely recommend!

Apotheosis of perfection.

This condo exceeded our expectations in spades. And all of the 5 star reviews are spot. So clean, so comfortable, so close to the beach and restaurants. And everything in the condo worked perfectly. Will definitely be trying to book this place again in the future.
