"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: If you don't mind the loud traffic of RV trailers airing up or down their tires right outside your room, it's a prime location for the dunes for 1-2 people."

"The unit was as described. The blinds need to be dusted, as you need to hold them to open/close them (there are no raising/lowering tabs) and the shower grout could use some deep cleaning, but everything else was very clean. We didn't use the sofa pullout, but the bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We had no need to contact the host as everything was thoroughly explained. The host texted us a couple of times while we were there, just letting us know that they were...

"We came for an event at Oceano Dunes so this was the perfect location. The condo was clean and when we got in late and couldn’t find parking because someone with a trailer had taken up 6 spaces the building manager came out immediately and found us somewhere to park. My husband has COPD and asthma, he did not fair as well as we had hoped for being at the beach. The bed was exceptionally soft felt like you just sunk in, made your back hurt.Other than that, the stay was fine, the kitchen was set up with good utensils and cookware. Didn’t mind cooking at all."

"I sent a message about how much help & how disappointed we are in the accommodations. This little place has so much potential but has not been kept up! I sent pictures of most of the problems & expected some kind of resolution but it has yet to happen. Here is a list of why we are so disappointed: Bedroom curtain rod split open & fell on my head when I tried to open the curtain. It was being held together with scotch tape! Cover on bed is peeling & covered with thousands of little balls Art work...
