Hytter i Oceanien

"Woodhouse Mountain Lodge was an ideal escape for us. Situated on a mountainside that feels remote despite being minutes from a highway, this lodge offers villas that feel secluded and "away from it all," along with ocean views. The villas are luxuriously appointed with comfortable beds, large bathrooms, gas fireplaces and beautiful artwork. We enjoyed walking the grounds, sweating in the sauna, and eating delicious meals at the lodge. The staff were super friendly. If you're looking for a...

"Highly recommend. Beautiful views!"

"Perfekt beliggenhed til tur i bjergene og til stedet, hvor der var filmet til Ringenes Herre. Servicekvaliteten i top."

"Der var rent og pænt og alt var som det skulle være. Smukke omgivelser. Det eneste minus var at der stod der var wifi, men det virkede stort set ikke. Vi blev hele tiden smidt af fordi signalet forsvandt. Så hvis man har brug for internet så er dette ikke det rette sted. "

"Everything was great."

"The staff were exemplary and the food was great!"

"Fantastic place. Wonderful rooms and the best host team we have ever experienced!"

"This was an absolutely delightful place to stay. Spectaculary renovated property with a completely unique, fabulous style. Every comfort considered, breakfasts that were beyond, and pastry chef treats with your evening tea. Katrina and Brenda are warm, gracious hosts who make you feel like welcome friends. We are so happy we were able to enjoy their outstanding hospitality and excellent tips for what to do in the area. A total delight!"

"Great stop over in Southland. Gracious host good accomodations. Beautiful town."

"Beautiful location and views. Great for walking the Queen Charlotte Track. Kind receptionists helped us customise a day trip - booking a (30 min.) ride with the ferry to Bay of Most Coves and getting permission to walk on a private track (90 min.) linking to The Queen Charlotte Track (4 hrs). We appreciated the upgrade to suite 52 with sound views, following our three night booking."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was super comfy and area quiet. It was the perfect retreat spot before hiking."

"The property is beautiful! However, if you are touring NZ during the day, you will miss using all of the amenities. The coffee store opens at 10. Breakfast is served starting at 8 am. Cheese shop and wine bar close at 6. We missed it all! This is a spa destination for New Zealanders, not a place for tourists."

"Great place to stay while visiting Matakana. 10/10 would stay again."

"Wonderful lodge with an amazing host! Even though the lodge only has four rooms, you wouldn’t find better service at any 5 star hotel! "
