The tv did not work apparently the owner did not pay the fees for Netflix and prime, free channels did not work either, staff came to fix the next evening so we had Prime at least. Unit is three levels with very steep stairs not suitable for people with mobility issues."

"Had booked early check-in from 9 am and paid of course for this. Came with early morning-flight that landed earlier than expected and showed up at the hotel at 7 am. The room was obvious ready but no chance that I could get it before 9 am as booked. A little disappointing to be honest. Got the room and there was no hot water at all - but only in this room apparently. Got this fixed after 30 minutes. Had room towards the atrium - quite noisy during the day, no problem at night though. Super fitness room. Was at this hotel in February also - that was a fantastic experience but not fully this time."
