The Space

Bethany Beach Ocean View Retreat offers a bright open-concept living and dining area connected to a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The kitchen includes cookware, cutlery, dinnerware, blender, toaster, and a Keurig coffee maker — everything you need for home-cooked meals.

The dining table seats six, with four additional seats at the oversized island — ideal for family dinners or entertaining.

After a day at the beach, unwind on the spacious sectional and stream your favorites on the 75-inch Roku Smart TV in the living room.

Step outside to the private back patio overlooking a peaceful scenic pond, occasionally visited by herons and mallard ducks — the perfect setting for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

$45 per person (Memorial Day–Sept 14)

$10 per week (off-season)

Seasonal shuttle service operates Saturdays and Sundays.

Food trucks visit most Fridays and Sundays from June through August.

House Rules

No smoking inside the home.
A $500 fee will be charged for violations. A $300 fee for each clogged toilets. There is an early check in fee of $99 and a late check out fee of $99
