Totally different from last year. Last year the condo was very clean. This year, The bed sheets had not been cleaned. They were rumpled and disheveled like someone slept in them. All the beds. One bed had sand on the sheets. Coffee maker was dirty and badly stained. Toaster oven was so bad it should just be tossed in the trash. Lots of stains on the furniture and carpet. Chair in bedroom was badly torn. Cleaning people left a bag a linens on the end table in living room.

Beautiful views from most rooms. We loved sitting on the screened porch catching a constant breeze and water views. The location is a bit off the beaten path and depending on the time of year, traffic to local beaches and attractions will be an issue. We spent most of our time on property, going to the pool rather than the beach so this wasn’t a big issue for us. Kitchen was adequately stocked. Beds and couches were clean and comfortable. The listing doesn’t say anything about accessibility so it’s important to be aware that two bedrooms and baths are on the second floor and can only be accessed via a spiral staircase which was a bit of a challenge for some in our group, especially with luggage. In addition, there are three flights of stairs to climb to get to the unit and no elevator.

Family girls weekend

The woman in my family gets together each year for a beach weekend. The condo is the nicest one we have rented. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a wonderful comfortable stay. The view from our place was amazing.
