"Did not state when booking that there was a steep stairway to get to the bedrooms. There was hardly any lighting from the street or property to locate it. There were not enough towels for 4 people for a 2 day stay. There was not enough coffee or creamer for a 2 day stay. We killed 5 rather large spiders inside the unit."

"The chalet was really cute and clean. The bed in the loft was so comfortable, too!! I thought the walk to the beach would be a little shorter. Loved the chalet and it was perfect for our quick stop there in town. "

"I arrived with older son for a 2 bed (couch/loft) accommodation. Only one bed had pillows and comforter. The couch had sheets but no pillows nor blanket/comforter. It was very cold in unit and had to crank small heater. I texted the manager and they had a “late-night” delivery of a blanket and sheets, which sufficed. The pullout couch needs some adjustments that I couldn’t fix so was less than comfortable. Otherwise, the unit was clean and stocked with coffee, etc. it would have been great...
