"Nice enough, well equipped apartment, but the general feeling was worn. The entrance/stairway to the apartment didn't give a good impression, but inside it was clean and functional, if again in need of a modern refurb. We were only one night and had a wedding party near us, which was not good as they were out on the balconies around us until 3am drinking/talking loudly. "Jason was very responsive to all my questions. While the house is an older building everything was working well and we had a great time. The only problem was the first night one of the bedrooms was cold. As we found out the next morning, one of the windows was slightly open. Once it was closed it warmed up quickly."

"We absolutely loved our stay in Old Orchard. The beach was 10x nicer than we expected. Waking up for sunrise was a treat. The condo is spacious and loved having the windows open for the ocean breeze. We were able to grill lobster. Beds upstairs were super comfy. Better sleeping on the couch than the couch bed as the couch bed is terrible at best (there’s plenty of room on the couch). Kitchen is very sparse.
