    Escape to our newly renovated 3BR/2BA waterfront condo in Ocean City's exclusive Sunset Island community. Perfect for your 2026 getaway, this bright, airy retreat comfortably sleeps 8. Enjoy a private balcony with water views, a modern kitchen, and access to resort pools, a private beach, and a fitness center. Your ideal coastal vacation awaits!



    The Space:

    Welcome to your newly renovated Sunset Island Resort retreat! This bright and airy 3rd-floor condo is designed for relaxation and comfort.



    The open-concept living space features:

    A comfortable sofa and a stylish stone fireplace.

    A private balcony with serene water views.

    A modern, fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and a standard drip coffee maker.



    The condo offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms:

    Primary Suite: King bed with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a luxurious soaking tub and separate shower.

    Second Bedroom: King bed with its own balcony access.

    Third Bedroom: Two twin beds.



    For your convenience, a full linen and towel package is provided. Your beds will be made and ready for your arrival.

    Standard drip coffee maker.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have exclusive access to the entire 3rd-floor condo, including the private balcony.



    Your stay also includes access to the world-class Sunset Island resort amenities.

    A mandatory resort fee provides you with:

    6 facility passes for access to pools, fitness center, and private beach.

    2 dedicated parking spaces (one in the garage and one on the street).



    Additional facility passes may be available for purchase directly at the Sunset Island clubhouse, subject to availability.

    Both Pools

    May 22, 2026, to June 30, 2026: Daily 10 am to 8 pm

    July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026: Daily 10 am to 8 pm (Owner early access from 9:30 am to 10 am)

    September 1, 2026, to September 7, 2026: 10 am to 8 pm

    September 8, 2026, to September 20, 2026: Daily 10 am to 6 pm (outdoor pool & deck close for season)



    Marisol’s Market & Café and Sunset Island Bar & Grille typically only run Memorial Day weekend

    through Labor Day each year.



    Saunas are accessible to all patrons 18+, renters must have photo ID.



    Other Things to Note:

    This is a 3rd-floor condo unit. Please be aware that access involves stairs.

    A mandatory resort fee is required for all stays to cover facility passes and parking.

    You will need to access the guest amenities package from the clubhouse upon arrival - the resort fee you pay includes six (6) facility passes for use of the clubhouse, the pool, and the facilities during your stay

    Parking notes: Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times - this unit receives 2 temporary parking passes per stay for the use of the garage

    Check-in is a breeze with beds made and linens provided for your arrival.

    We believe in giving our guests their privacy to enjoy their vacation. We will not be on-site during your stay, but we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs via the messaging app.

Great location in OC

We loved staying in this 3 bedroom condo that was very nicely updated, clean and in a great location. Resort amenities are very nice and we could also walk to local restaurants and attractions in OC. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

This condo was set up so nicely for renters—everything was well organized and labeled, so it was easy to find and equally easy to clean up! Many little details, like chargers being available in nearly every place you’d sit down with a phone or tablet, made the stay so convenient. Check in and check out were simple, likely the easiest we’ve had in 10 of renting various condos or townhomes in the area. Communication with Beach Haus was also prompt and thorough. You can tell the owners take good care of the property. Everything was in good working order, with really nice appliances and upgrades (we LOVED the washer and dryer!). We will definitely consider this for our next stay in OC!

Very clean condo. New furniture, comfy beds. A.C. was very good, I've rented from other owners in the past and have always had an issue with the A.C. , but this condo was great.

Amazing place

The place was great! Clean, recently remodeled and plenty of room for us and our 3 young children (newborn-5 years old). The owners were very quick to respond if we had any issues or questions. Check in and check out were straightforward and there were clear instructions. Great to be on Sunset Island, it was quiet, and relaxed, the place was close to the beach on Sunset Island and close to the pools but also easy to get out of the neighborhood when we wanted to go to other places in Ocean City. We would happily stay here again without hesitation.
