Welcome to your getaway at Rumgate Surf Shack in Ocean City, Maryland! This affordable beachy surf shack is nestled in Wes OC between the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk and the wild beauty of Assateague Island, it’s the perfect base for beach lovers and families looking to unwind.

PROPERTY: Welcome to the Surf Shack, unwind and relax in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach-house. The home features a full bathroom on both the first and second floors for added convenience.
Inside, you’ll find bright and airy living spaces with plenty of windows that fill the home with natural light. Enjoy entertainment with a TV in one of the living rooms and the full bedroom. Step outside to relax on the front porch with rocking chairs or enjoy the small private balcony off the full bedroom.
The side porch off the dining area offers additional chairs and a gas grill for outdoor cooking. Plus, take advantage of the private boat dock for easy water access.
2 bicycles and 2 kayaks are included for renters to use at their leisure!
Nearest public boat docks can be found at Sunset Marina in West OC or on Gum Point Road off Rt. 589 headed to Ocean Pines.

LOCATION: This home is located off Keyser Point Rd, North of Rt 50. Conveniently located close to both Assateague and Ocean City beaches. Assateague National Park is home of the wild beach ponies! roughly 5 Minutes to downtown Ocean City beach/Inlet and 15 minutes to Assateague.
Frontier Town Campground is just down the road as well which features a Large water park open to the public as well as other activities such as zipline/ropewalk courses, rodeos and Western Cowboy/Indian Village with FREE daily shows.
Restaurants and Supermarkets are also in close proximity. Just at the end of Keyser Point rd you will find Waterman's, a local favorite restaurant. Food Lion grocery store and numerous popular local and chain restaurants are a short distance away. About 5 mins west on Rt. 50 you will also find a Super Walmart with more shopping/restaurants around.
