Your dream vacation awaits at this luxurious Sea Watch Penthouse Condo! Come relax in the spacious 1,900sf condo which is situated on the19th & 20th floor. The recently renovated penthouse condo includes two living rooms, a spacious dining area, full kitchen with bar top seating, and a laundry room on the first floor. A two door patio offers breathtaking view of the ocean. Go upstairs to a sprawling master bedroom with a King sized bed which overlooks the ocean. Step out onto your private master bedroom porch and take in the gorgeous sunrises. Recently renovated master bathroom offers a relaxing oasis after soaking in the sun all day. Two additional bedrooms offered, one with a King sized mattress and the other offering a trundle bunkbed (full bed on the bottom, twin up top) and a Queen bed. Both King bedrooms are each spacious enough to allow a blow up mattress as well, making it accommodating for 12 guests. Second completely renovated full bathroom offers a walk-in shower with brand new cabinetry.
Property amenities include an outside pool, heated indoor pool, kiddie pool, sauna, basketball courts, tennis courts, volleyball court, playground, billiards room, movie theatre, arcade, and a gym! Need a quick bite to eat in between the beach and pool time? Stop in at the local onsite restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, snacks, and ice cream.
Across the street and within one block of the property are quick trips to Rite Aide, Food Lion, Dunkin Donuts, Beer/Wine/Liquor, & Fox Movie Theatre. A plethora of tasty restaurants are also within walking distance.

Beautiful, spacious property. Fit 8 adults comfortably. The decor and set up is beautiful and comfortable. This is our second time at this particular condo. Worked directly with the owner. He is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent stay

Everything was great. One big open area with kitchen, living room, dining room, and patio, including huge 2 story windows. Plus a seperate family room near the. Front door with couches and a TV. Then 3 bedrooms upstairs. Note that the pictures show the MBR open to the living room below, but that is no longer true - it is drywalled in (and probably better off for it). MBR does have a small patio which is awesome. Small washer/dryer was perfect. Easy access to get down to beach and other amenities. Obviously tons of stuff nearby. We had a great time!

PENTHOUSE OCEANFRONT CONDO - SEAWATCH 1903

This is a great place to stay. The Sea Watch facility itself was very clean, well maintained, and has quite a few features including movie nights, an arcade, basketball, pickel ball, tennis courts and more.. The Condo is very nice and the views are fantastic. The property manager communication was outstanding and took care of any issues we had quickly! I would recommend this Condo highly!!

Beautiful Property!!

Absolutely beautiful condo, beautiful view, very spacious. Rented directly from the owner, very responsive and easy to work with. Sea watch is a beautiful place with so much to do! Will definitely be going back!!

Connecticut/Wisconsin annual vacation

We loved the space and view. There were 9 adults and plenty of space. We also enjoyed our location and VIEW! It was wonderful to be on the beach each morning and get our front row seat each morning. Spending the entire day swimming, playing and making friends with our beach neighbors. Our host answered all our questions quickly.

Great location beds TVs appliances

First comfortable beds in 40 yrs at OC! 2 family rooms to spread out! Owner was excellent communicator! Comfy, large couches w/ 2 balconies. Fireworks to the northwest! Sunrise straight ahead! Being on this floor we heard only the ocean. No flies or mosquitoes could reach us. Keurig coffee, yay! Great water pressure even when laundering beach towels while everybody showered. With toddlers the 3 bathrooms were helpful. Kids liked the TVs. I didn't cook much but kitchen is well stocked. Modern lock no keys to lose! Lots of drinkware if you can stay awake to party after a day of pool/ beach/ volleyball/ playground! Seawatch security is tops. Your vehicle is safe and so are your humans. Family atmosphere. Bonus sub- ice cream shop YUM. 3 pools! We've never used the gym sauna billiards movie theater but nice to have. We enjoyed giving up shoes for a week! Awesome place!

Seawatch 1903

Chris is a great host who is very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond which is much appreciated. Seawatch overall is a nice building and 1903 is a nice, updated property in a great location in North OC. No complaints.

Excellent Property

We rented three condos in this building for our family vacation over the week of the 4th of July. This condo by far was the nicest of the three and became our meeting place for family dinners. We ranged in ages from infant to great grand parents. The condo was clean and the check-in process was very smooth. It was a nice location right outside the elevator doors. The fireworks for the holiday were the best view we could of asked for right from our own balconies. The condo had everything we needed and we were very happy with our stay, and made many memories that we will all cherish forever!

Great beachfront penthouse in Seawatch

Lovely two level beachfront condo in the north ocean city area, with outdoor pool, indoor pool, easy beach access, great views, other amenities including tennis, basketball, sauna, billiards, a small movie theater, and game room. Clean and well stocked. Chris is very responsive. Highly recommended.

Breath taking

Me and my Fiancé have rented all types of properties across the country and not a host even comes close to Chris. He is attentive, understanding, and accommodating. The view from the property is unlike anything we have seen in ocean city and it’s positioned perfectly to see the ocean. 2 of the nights we stayed you could catch a perfect reflection of the moon off of the ocean’s surface. We will definitely be back!

Not Clean - No Linens/Towels

The access code was never sent so we had to call twice before reaching someone to gain access. Once we were in, we found fingernail clippings on the end table, a used toothpick on the table, pills on the floor by the couch, clothes & leaves on the bed, the screen door leaning on a wall in the living room and a broken drawer & toilet paper holder. Chris offered to have the cleaning company come back but it was 7pm Friday night & we had already cleaned it ourselves since we were only staying 2 nights. There were no towels, sheets or even a started roll of toilet paper. I could not find this information anywhere in the listing that these items would not be provided. It should be clearly stated. For this price point, I would expect more. I have asked for our cleaning fee to be refunded & have had no response at all.

Beautiful views!

The condo was very nice and the views were spectacular! The floors were a little dirty but that is to be expected being beach front. The only thing we were not made aware of is that the rental fees do not include $50.00 per car parking. Other than that, the trip was fabulous.

Great unit with lots of room!

One side of our family goes to Ocean City for a week every year and has since 1975- we have about 35 family members who come and each family unit gets their own place. Last summer was our first time at this condo complex and we came back this year. Despite the excessively high heat (heat index up to 109) we stayed very comfortably cool in our unit -the a/c was outstanding! The two king beds were great, and we made the beds in the third bedroom work for two adults (one slept on the lower double bunk and having the upper bunk overhead took a little adjustment) - everyone (six adults) thought the unit was a great choice. We especially enjoyed the fact that we had plenty of seating space for other family members to be in the unit in the evenings for games. The crock pot was very helpful and there was plenty of flatware and other kitchen utensils. Having a Keurig was a bonus! The unit was clean upon arrival and it is apparent the owners keep it updated. Our host was very responsive and attentive to my communications and provided us with details that made our stay go smoothly. We highly recommend this unit!

Sea watch 2023

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful and clean, with an amazing view. We are a family of 6 and it was more than enough room for all of us to stay the week comfortably. The property was great as well with lots of amenities that kept us busy without feeling like we needed to leave to find things to do.

July 4th holiday

The unit was fabulous!! Not one complaint. The views were amazing and the fireworks superb from the balcony. The unit was very well appointed, too. The only issue was parking. The attendants were not cooperative. I parked my car about 5 blocks away and it was cheaper than the condo parking! I was able to unload my car and move it. There should be a serious heads-up about the parking disaster. We were pretty clueless when compared to previous years. If the unit sleeps 12-there should be parking available or a True suggestion of what to do.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in this condo. The host was easy to communicate with. It was a tad smaller than it looked in pictures. The place could have been a bit cleaner when we arrived, there were used cups in the bedroom. Overall we had a nice stay.
