Cozy Coastal Ocean Block Condo, Mid town with a pool!!

Welcome to our cozy clean and comfortable condo! Just steps away from the beach or a refreshing pool to swim in. Located across the street is Fager's Island where the sunsets are incredible. Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Dunkin Donuts, Fractured Prune and many more great places within walking distance. Relax on back deck enjoying the sound of the waves or enjoy coffee in the morning watching the sunrise.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator)
2. You get two parking spaces
3. We do not supply any linens for beds (sheets, pillow cases or blankets) Bath towels or any toiletries are also not supplied
4. Per condo rules NO PETS ALLOWED
5. No Smoking of any kind in the Condo
6. We do not rent to high school seniors or their parents renting for them.
7. Must be 25 or older to rent

Property was nice and convenient, but smelled of smoke. It is not the host’s fault as the smoke appears to be coming from the unit below. Host is doing all she can to help with the smell by running air purifiers 24/7, but it doesn’t totally mask the smell.

Our family vacation at this condo was perfect. The condo has a lot of space and was extremely clean. Check-in was very easy and the host had excellent communication. We loved the location of the condo as well. We went to Mackeys, Johnny’s pizza, Bad Monkey, Dunkin, and fractured prune. The walk to the beach is very easy and quick. We took advantage of the linen package and it was well worth it. Overall, I would highly recommend this condo.

Tina’s condo is very cute , super clean and all around a great stay . We were very please with our stay and she was very easy to communicate with . Parking spot was perfect , right by the steps . Especially loved her modern cute beach decor.

Great location!

We stayed during 4th of July. Beach was very crowded and this condo was in a perfect location to walk to beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We traveled from out of state and were not able to bring our own linens, but Tina was very helpful to arrange linens through the housekeeping service for a very reasonable fee. It was a great trip for the teens and adults.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. The space was not only clean but also tastefully decorated and very comfortable—exactly as pictured, if not better.The host weas exceptional—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. They made sure we had everything we needed and communication was smooth and easy.The location was perfect—quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a base for exploring the area, this condo is a great choice.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Amazing Condo

I came to OCMD for my birthday with friends, and we booked this trip somewhat last minute and did not have any idea that our stay at Tina’s property would be so fun and above and beyond what was described on the listing. It had a beach view from the private balcony, it was extremely clean and smelled great. There were ample parking spots on the street and two included in the stay. It was a half block to the beach, and was proximate to good food, bowling, and other fun spots. The host was so accomodating and communicative, with a code to get in making it easy to not worry about losing any keys. I only have good things to say about the whole experience and am really happy, as are all of my friends! Comfy beds, multiple restrooms, a big TV with smaller ones in each room. Laundry in unit, good wifi, cable, etc. A great experience!! Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to restaurants and stores and the beach was steps away. The owner Tina was very responsive to any questions. The only few negatives (which should not deter anyone from staying here but may be helpful for future is the following): 1. The parking spots were difficult to find at first. 2. For a larger family the steps were hard to go up and down daily. 3. Some things could have been cleaned better such as carpet and kitchen cabinets but I’m a clean freak so I would take this with a grain of salt. Wonderful stay and definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for me, my husband, daughter and niece. Short walking distance to the beach and coastal highway. Tina was so accommodating and wonderful to communicate with. Such a great experience and can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful, Cozy House, Great Location and Wonderful Host!!

My daughter, granddaughter and grandson and I decided to take an impromptu weekend trip to the beach. We were blessed to find this lovely home! The location is amazing, and the host is just as warm as her place is. On Sunday afternoon, I emailed Tina about possibly staying another night and leaving early in the morning. She replied immediately, checked with her cleaning service to see if it would work, and it did! We had a wonderful Sunday evening on the boardwalk. Thank you again so much - we will definitely be back!

Great overall experience!

Tina was super responsive and helpful to us during our stay. The property was exactly as advertised complete with 2 parking spots and easy access to the beach. We had a smooth check-in and check-out process thanks to clear indstructions ahead of time. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay- great location, clean condo, and comfortable beds! The condo was a quick walk to the beach, many restaurants & bars close by. The pool was great as well. Tina was great and responded to our questions/ messages quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!
