Gorgeous Gem, Tucked Between the Ocean & the Bay- Easy Walk to the Boardwalk

  • You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and new downtown recreation & skate park just to name a few. You’ll also love the fact that you can leave the car parked and not have to drive all over downtown to find a parking spot! This condo is within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the inlet end of the beach and it's just a quick drive over the Rt. 50 bridge to even more entertainment and great outlet shopping.

    This spacious unit is nicely decorated and has TVs in every room. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. There is also a washer in dryer in the unit for your convenience. You'll enjoy plenty of space in the living room to relax and great sleeping options in the three bedrooms. The spacious outside deck provides plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy those cool evening bay breezes! For those who like to be near the inlet and the boardwalk, this is the perfect spot!

    So come and relax, leave your car parked and make some Ocean City memories with us!

    THINGS TO KNOW:
    * Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
    * This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
    * Sorry no pets allowed.
    * This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
    * Check-in is 4pm and checkout is 10am.
    * Linen & Towel Rental available upon request or guests can bring their own.
    * This condo is on the 2nd floor. Bay to Beach is not an elevator building.
    * One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
    * Easy access to the beach and boardwalk.
    * The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 13th street.
    * We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
    * No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
    * TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
    * The sleep total of 7 is the maximum occupancy, including children and infants.

Beautiful apartment, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and it was just a quick walk to a great part of the boardwalk near a lot of good restaurants. Everyone at Benchmark was very friendly and they made it a great experience.

Location is good, the road is not very loud. Everything is in a walking distance so we didn't have to use our car. Overall great stay, linens were included that's always a bonus because so many listings don't have them included

Perfect Spot

This was our first visit to OC and we had a wonderful time. This condo is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed to cook some meals during our stay. A very easy walk to the beach in about 5-7 minutes. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Fantastic and comfortable

We booked this toward the later end of availability, but it was super quick and easy. The posting is a great snapshot of what you’ll be experiencing, if not underselling this gem of a place! Beautifully decorated and spacious for our group, this place was a perfect spot for our trip! Hoping to look into booking again here, thank you for everything!!

We were able to go and drink and not have to worry about transportation. The place was well maintained, a little larger than we expected and with three bedrooms for 6 adults, we were not tripping over each other. It is close to the beach, shops and several restaurants. Plenty of free street parking to go along with the assigned spot.
