The apartment was nice - there was a welcome board which was cute. There was an outdoor cat that was friendly. We didn’t feel like the beds were comfortable. There were stains on the furniture covered by folded blankets and some damaged cabinets in the kitchen -really just normal wear for a rental unit. Could have used a more thorough cleaning. Liked the area and could walk to st nicks mini golf - and other places near by- including the light house and fishers popcorn.

Perfect place for a visit to Bethany Beach and Ocean City. We stayed for 3 nights with our teen son and daughter. They used the bedroom with the 2 twin beds and the full bathroom connected. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with the queen bed and full bathroom. The condo was clean and as described. It was comfortable for the 4 of us. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it had everything one would need. Neighborhood was safe and pretty. Easy to walk around. We were able to walk to the beach but didn’t stay long. Too far from bathrooms. The unit is on the 3rd floor so you do need to be able to get up and down the stairs. Full railing and shallow steps so easy enough.Communication with the owner was easy and she replied quickly. Highly recommend.

Our stay was good, the condo is nice and clean, and located in a good area. The host is great with great communication as well. The only true problem we had with our stay was the AC kept resetting itself to a warmer temperature and it made for a warmer inside temperature. However, we would definitely stay here again.
Loved this little welcome sign for me and my family! 😌

Cute, clean condo within easy walking distance of Maryland Beach at the 142nd Street beach access. Less than 10 minute walk. Kitchen had everything we needed and there was also a washer/dryer. Excellent communication with owner. Loved the location also as it was so near all our favorite restaurants in Fenwick including Matt's and The Lobster Shanty.

Exactly as advertised. Close to the beach. Mostly quiet. Neighbors below us were very loud until 3 am one night. That can happen anywhere though! Owner was super responsive!Would def recommend!

Great beach getaway

Overall, the condo was very cute, clean, and close to everything. Comfortable beds and a cozy living space. We stayed the weekend after a holiday so it wasn’t exactly quiet, but that’s to be expected and we did get to see some fireworks from the front steps. The beach is within walking distance, but we opted to drive 35-40 minutes to Assateague Island instead. So worth it to see the wild ponies! Our host was very responsive and attentive to all messages. We had a great time!

Great place!!!!

Owner was awesome to deal with. We really enjoyed this condo a lot. Lots of stuff is there for you to use and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect because you are away from all the crazy traffic down towards the board walk but a simple 10 to 15 minute ride you are right down there. Everything inside was prefect for our kids. Our only thing is it would be great if the mattress in main bedroom queen size one should probably be replaced. My wife had a really hard time as I did since it’s very hard. This didn’t affect anything do to with our vacation just a simple comment to let you know. The owner answered all our questions within minutes by message on app or by text. He let me know when the place was ready after being cleaned right away which was perfect for us to get in just about two hours early and get unpacked. All the tvs are set up perfect with plenty of apps you can watch tv login with your own accounts or just use what is already installed. We wound definitely stay here again for a weeks vacation. If we head down to ocean city. Owners price is very reasonable compared to what we saw for other places. Thank you for opening your place to our family and making it a great week!!!!

Good Experience

This was my first experience using an owner online marketplace to rent a property, as a opposed to using a rental company so I was a little apprehensive. However, I was very pleased to find that the condo was just as described in the listing and the owners were more responsive than any rental company that I've dealt with in the past. I would definitely rent from them again.

However, maybe it's a different cleaning service this year but there were some cleaning issues this time that I brought to the host's attention that account for the lower rating there.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

The place was very clean and comfortable. The beach, restaurants, lighthouse, mini-golf, etc. were all within walking distance. We enjoyed Harpoon Hanna’s, The Lobster Shanty, and a short drive to the Bethany Boardwalk.

A little hectic but would book again

We had the bad luck of staying at this property when the A/C decided to die. The manager was very responsive in getting repair folks out there and it was replaced the next day. We also got one night refunded so we could sleep comfortably. Other than that the place was great: solid cooking supplies, great shower pressure, pretty quiet, and it really is a 10 minute walk to the beach. There's also multiple minigolf and video game places, soft serve ice cream, and really great tacos around the Delaware border.

Relaxing stay

Very nice, quiet location. Just a few blocks to the bus station to ride the beach bus downtown and avoid the hassle of parking. Easy walk to the ocean. Close to Northside park for sunset viewing. We are an active family so climbing stairs to the third floor was no problem. We also enjoyed visiting OC Fit to lift weights! Thank you for a serene stay at Casa de Sea-renity. Ha sido un placer. Mil gracias.

Fantastic and walkable to so much!

We enjoyed our stay so much, there was plenty within walking distance to do. The house was clean and had extra perks to help with making the beach trips. Our girls had their own space and there were games and a big puzzle for them to complete

Everything was perfection from the cute, comfortable, and convenient condo to the location (walkable to the beach and several other stores). Most of all the owner was wonderful and so accommodating. Thank you so much for your hospitality - we loved everything about it and hope to return again soon!

Comfortable and convenient

Very nice condo. Great layout. Convenient location with 2 parking spaces. Clean and comfortable. The only downside is its 3rd floor location with no elevator and only stairs. It wasn’t a huge problem for us except for the days we were moving in and out and carrying bags and groceries. We would recommend and stay again.
