From the time I checked in to my last day, he had a great smile, the staff had impeccable service. He even made sure I had hot breakfast before my early safari tour! "This is a nice South African hotel. Cold AC. The rooms were on the small side, but it was clean and nice overall. Breakfast was good and you could get a hamburger and fries for the equivalent of $4 usd.
I really liked that the parking was walled in and secured. The location is about 15 mins from the airport and less than 30 mins to nearly any place in Joburg.
The only downside is the neighborhood. Not a place you should walk...especially at night. But once you're inside, you feel safe."

Just that we did not get house keeping unfortunately and we did not recieve extra towels.
