The 65m², 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa bed (1.50x2.00), single bed, and bathroom with shower. The bedroom with a double bed (1.80x2.00) invites you to dream. Therefore, the apartment can accommodate up to 5 people.

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, table tennis rackets and a Senseo coffee machine. In winter, your car and skis are snow-safely covered in the underground garage. Bed linen and towels are provided for you.

Outside, you'll find a furnished west-facing balcony with access to a large garden, where you can let your dog run around. Dogs are welcome in this holiday apartment.

In summer, all guests receive a free mountain railway ticket for the entire stay. This allows you to use the mountain railways in Oberstdorf and the nearby Kleinwalsertal. Detailed information can be found in the guest folder on-site.

All enthusiastic winter sports enthusiasts can look forward to beautiful slopes, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking trails. You can easily reach any valley station by bus or car. The Nebelhorn ski area is only 1 km away from your holiday apartment.

By car, you can quickly reach all places in the area. In high season, the local bus is recommended, which also reaches destinations that you cannot drive to without an entrance permit. These include, for example, Spielmannsau in the Trettach Valley or Birgsau in the Stillach Valley, from where you can undertake great mountain tours in the Allgäu High Alps.

The nearest bus stop is a 6-minute walk away. The city center can be reached in about 10 minutes.

Fresh rolls can be delivered daily upon request.
