"Overall, we were disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, the AC had been turned off, a window was open, and it was 91 degrees in the house. It took quite a while to cool the place down enough to be comfortable. More concerning, after we left and unpacked at our next destination, we found mouse droppings in some of our food, which appears to have happened during our stay. That was very unsettling and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control. The host may want to address...

"Host was great with communication and made the stay very comfortable for us"

"The apartment was immaculate and comfortable, and perfectly located for our stay. Communication was timely and friendly. We were VERY happy with our stay!"

"The host welcomed us when we arrived and made sure we had what we needed during our stay. The house was exactly as described. I loved sitting on the front porch in the morning drinking my coffee. It was a quiet area and convenient to many of our destinations. Highly recommend."

"Overall great host and in a good location with easy walk into town. "Lovely house in West Chester, we used it for a long weekend with family doing touristy things in Philadelphia, it was nice to be able to get out of the city in the evenings."

"The host was very communicative and helpful. The house was very much worth the price paid. Our family enjoyed the stay."

"Excellent host with great communication from start to finish. The listing was accurate, and the home was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything felt clean, welcoming, and well taken care of. I would definitely try to book again in the future. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay."

"Excellent experience. Home was very clean and everything was organized nicely. Owner was also very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire experience. My family and I were genuinely impressed. Hands down the best experience we have had when looking for places to stay in Philly."

"The stay was great. Perfect location for our needs. Would definitely stay again"
