The stairway is the only shared space and it has a large window that keeps the fresh air flowing.

The studio has a large window and plenty of sun and light, hardwood floors, a double bed, a desk, dresser, closet. It is full of art.

There is no interior shared space other than the stairway and hallway. There is also an outdoor sitting area that is a work in progress that is sunny a lot of the time, but I can't promise sun. This is a sunny neighborhood for the Bay Area. Check out our microclimates!!!
Other things to note
There is a wonderful, gentle, loving, sniffing, purebred Oakland Street Dog on the premises. She doesn't go upstairs, so you are unlikely to see her unless she greets you at the door. If you aren't comfortable with dogs, pls lmk and I'll make sure she doesn't come in contact with you.
