Hoteller nær Oakland City Hall

"Don’t pay extra for city view. It is a painting of buildings on a shade and when you lower the shades there is a building, no view of the city."

"This is our second time staying here, and it was excellent with close proximity to everything"

"Continue . Made a good job"

"I stayed the first night. The next day I discovered the room had a wall lamp held on with scotch tape and was falling out with exposed wires. I was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay and asked for a refund of the first night as I felt I was put in a fire hazard. I spoke with three clerks but no manager ever addressed this with me. I booked via Expedia who I notified. Krista then contacted the hotel manager who refused my request because I continued my stay."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed.

"Friendly People!"

"We booked the hotel because San Francisco was too expensive - this wans'nt cheap though - only "cheaper" The location is not ideal if you want off to San Fran any now and then beacuse there is quite a distance to the nearest BART. The neighbourhood is not to cute either, we felt a little unsafe in the night time due to a lot of strange types and homeless people. The room was okay and the receptionist was a nice young lady who gladly helped with whatever. But if you want to be in San Francisco,...

"This was the worst hotel I have ever been to. We arrived and were then charged an extra $12 per room. When I entered my room, the air conditioning did not work. When we opened the refrigerator, water came running out. The TV was also broken and our window couldn't be locked. The neighborhood was really bad. And that was just one room! We rented 4 rooms, and you wouldn't want to hear about the other rooms. I feel like I was robbed. Picture looks nothing like the real place"
