"I was happy with the room overall but a couple of things brought down my rating. First, this was the first hotel I've stayed in in some time that did not have body wash/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the bath. There was no soap provided at all. "When we got to the property after calling and telling them we would have a late check in because the McNeese football game ran later because of a lightning delay, the door was locked. "Great place and nice people. Clean and fantastic rooms."

"Under construction"

"Yes"

"Et fint hotel til prisen. Jeg brugte det på rejse fra New Orleans til Houston, og var et fint sted at overnatte."

"The staff was friendly. I wish the breakfast was more user friendly, my spouse completely missed the hot breakfast because she didn’t realize they were serving it."

"Everything was excellent. A few tips...it is very cold inside so dress accordingly. Make sure you have a sweater or light jacket. Also the spa is closed on Tuesday and some of the restaurants are closed M-W. Pool area is very nice with lazy river as well. Casino is great."

"Great"

"Great location by the river and close to shopping and the casinos in Lake Charles. Plentiful parking and shuttle to the casinos in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
