"SUch a beautiful view greet you as you walk in - all you see and hear is ocean. Very comfortable - you have many places to sit and relax. Lots of room and a great kitchen area. It's easy to be relaxed when all you hear is the ocean. I loved that the bedroom as AC, because it got a little hot in the summer but it was very comfortable to sleep. The hosts answered any questions and requests quickly, which was appreciated."

The house has an incredible sense of remote rustic feel while being very close to Thousand Oaks, Oxnard, etc. I loved the ease of commute to LA where I was needed on business a few times. The games outside and pool were perfect and as listed. The beds were very comfortable, we appreciated the extra sheets and towels with all the kids. The property needed a few things but the manager was very responsive and got them for us right away. The kitchen was a little sparsely stocked when cooking for at least 11 but we made do....
