"“Beach Please” far exceeded our expectations for our family beach trip this year. This was our first stay in Oak Island. The place was newly furnished, very spacious, and most importantly very clean. The home owners were very kind and responsive. We would definitely recommend!"

"From the minute we walked through the door we could see the ocean waves rolling in and to the left was a beautiful kitchen which has view of the ocean as well. Walk in ocean front living area and main bedroom With patio doors to balcony. Everything was clean ,neat and decorated nicely . I spent a lot of time sitting on a shaded balcony enjoying the ocean . "Loved our stay at this oceanfront condo! The view and sound of the waves from the balcony were spectacular. The condo was well equipped, beautifully appointed and comfortable. The floors could use a good cleaning but overall the place was clean. Beds were comfortable, nice towels, lots of kitchen equipment including plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. Parking was easy as was beach access. This was worth the three sets of stairs! We would stay here again!"

"The property has a great location-easy walking distance to the beach and Little Bits. Exceptional clean and very spacious. Kitchen is large and well equipped. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and room to move around. Enough seating for 6 to fit comfortably in the main living area. Check in and out was a breeze. 2 covered parking spots included. A great beach getaway."

"This was our first beach vacation with our dog. The unit was clean, comfortable, rooms, and close to everything. I would certainly stay there again."

"Everything was great except for the fact we needed parking passes as the property management company was scoping the lot for cars without them. We received a notice on our cars stating that they were at risk of being towed. I had contacted the host regarding this and never heard back. "

"Probably the cleanest vacation rental we’ve stayed in. My only suggestion might be to get a bigger water heater. We take really quick showers and always ran out of hot water. Small issue with thermostat being locked but owner responded quickly with a fix."

"The property was spotlessly clean and is tastefully decorated (no evidence of prior guests left behind). This was the first time staying in a rental property where I did not need to go to the store to buy something that wasn’t available in the unit. It has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We truly enjoyed our stay…great condo, clean pool, friendly guests and a beautiful beach. Thank you!"

"Great value. While not directly on the beach, it is so close you can see the ocean and easily walk there with comforts in hand. So close is the walk that packing a cooler with food and drinks for an entire day was never necessary! This made our daily visits to the beach so simple. Since we have 3 children, I appreciated this so much! Since we don’t spend a great deal of time inside the condo, the size of it worked fine for us. "My husband and I brought my parents down for a quick getaway. My father is disabled and walks with a walker. The halls and doorways were wide enough for his walker and for him to move around. Clean and comfortable condo, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"Great view of the ocean. Worth the 48 steps up and down. Kitchen had all you need including some spices & oils. The beach was nice and filled with mostly young families. Restaurant dining was a short drive. We would stay again."

"This is a condo community on the beach. We loved the condo. It was very comfortable including LR and beds, well-decorated with plenty of seating. From the balcony, you can see the ocean, but not the beach. Who doesn’t love to hear those waves??? We did have an issue with the TVs, but it was because the wifi needed to be reset. We had quick response when notifying the company. My only problem was climbing to the 3rd floor because of current foot problems, but I was aware of that when booking. If...
