"The manager Ciara, the kitchen staff and the evening housekeeping/ maintenance crew were great They took care of our needs. The day shift housekeeping staff barely spoke English if any and didn’t do anything we asked like give us towels , take trash And dirty towels from room. The whole day would pass and the evening crew would have to get it for us. The front desk staff with exception of Ciara had NO customer service skills at all. "Overall the hotel is great! We stayed there for the night after attending a concert at Tinley Park, so the location is perfect. I’m taking off a star ONLY because the walls are extremely thin. You can hear everything. At 6am I swear there was a soccer game on the floor above us and full conversation maybe next door or in the hall. Balls were bouncing and shaking everything. Other than that, it was a great experience and would definitely stay there if attending another concert! "
